Approaching from M25
Depending on your direction of travel, Sat Nav may suggest exiting at junction 18.
This might save 1 minute but will take you on some narrow roads which are worth avoiding.
Take exit 19 or 20 and follow signs to Kings Langley.
From Kings Langley
When you approach our road, you will see a pub called The Bricklayers Arms on your left. You will turn right into Hogpits Bottom.
The house will be on your right hand side just after a turning signposted 'Flaunden Park'
We will leave a traffic cone at the end of the drive to look out for.
There is a small sign in the wall saying 'Stagg Farm'
Approaching from M1: Hemel Hempstead A414 exit
You will pass Hemel Hempstead Train Station on your left.
It's best to then take a left at the lights onto Box Lane which is the next left after Felden Lane.
You will pass through Bovingdon Village and as you reach our road, Stagg Farm will be on your left hand side.
We will leave a traffic cone at the end of the drive to look out for.
